What are syringomas?
Syringomas – hydroadenomas are benign growths that arise from sweat glands (apocrine sweat glands).
They occur more often in women than in men.

What do syringomas look like?
Some of the main characteristics of syringoma are:
- papular – oval or round shape,
- they can be soft or hard in consistency,
- they are above the skin level, and
- their color varies from skin color to yellowish discoloration,
- in most cases they do not cause symptoms,
- sometimes itching is possible,
- sometimes they can be in the form of small, transparent cysts,
- are usually less than 3mm in diameter,
- they most often appear on the lower eyelids, but also on other parts of the face – forehead and cheeks, and
- they can also appear on other parts of the body, although less often,
- they do not have a tendency to intensive growth.
How is a syringoma diagnosed?
Their characteristic shape, consistency and discolouration can be easily observed by clinical examination.
While the definitive diagnosis is made based on the histopathological findings of the changes obtained after removing the syringoma and PH analysis.
What is the most effective therapy for syringoma removal?
Based on our many years of experience, the radio wave technique has proven to be an extremely effective and precise method for removing syringomas, especially in the area around the eyes because:
