- use of anticoagulant therapy and coagulopathy (use of anticoagulant drugs),
- pregnancy,
- saphenous vein insufficiency on the legs.

- sunburned skin (it is necessary to wait 3 weeks after the last exposure to the sun),
- acute skin infection or herpes (it is necessary to wait for the infection to pass),

- the use of photosensitizing drugs (when the drugs are taken out of use, it is possible to do laser treatments),
- fragile blood vessels as in diabetes and alcoholism (laser therapy can be done if a specialist doctor judges that it is a mild form of the disease).
